This December, our Ballet Program students will share a delightful collection of dances set to musical selections from Tchaikovsky's The Nutcracker.

Tanner Dance Presents:
In Accord: An Evening of Music & Movement
In Accord is an annual concert in the Tanner Dance Black Box Theatre that brings together dancers and choreography from each of the Tanner Dance programs, with eclectic live music performed by a combination of in-house and guest musicians. Audience members can also bid on unique items in the concurrent silent auction.

Tanner Dance Children's Dance Theatre Presents:
Full Length Concert
Don't miss the premiere of the Children's Dance Theatre's newest full-length stage production at the Capitol Theatre. Each year, the young dancers of CDT bring to life a compelling story of adventure and discovery, complemented by an original musical score and custom-designed costumes. Established in 1949 by Virginia Tanner, the Children's Dance Theatre is the second-oldest performing arts organization in Utah, and has earned state, national, and international recognition.

Tanner Dance Adults with Disabilities Program Presents
LEADD Showcase
Under the Adults with Disabilities arm of Tanner Dance, the Learning and Engaging through Arts Discipline and Development Program hosts an annual Spring Showcase. Participants share the art, dance, and literature they created throughout the year.

Tanner Dance Elevate Theater Company Presents:
Jr. Musicals
Elevate Theater Company exclusively involves actors with developmental and intellectual disabilities, accommodated by volunteer coaches. We admire the hard work of our performers and hope you will join us as they present this inspiring show.

Spring Showcase
Celebrate the sunshine of springtime with our Creative Dance Program. Our spring showcase is held at Kingsbury Hall and provides a platform for our students to demonstrate the artistic skills they have honed throughout the year.

Momentum Showcase 2024
Join the Tanner Dance Contemporary Companies for a dynamic tour through an imaginary Paris exhibition. This curated collection of choreography was created by the dancers, Tanner Dance faculty, and guest choreographers. Each piece is inspired by a well-known work of art or famous artist, many with ties to "City of Art".

Tanner Dance Studio Program Presents:
Ring Around the Rose
This November, as part of Repertory Dance Theatre's Ring Around the Rose series, selected dancers from Tanner Dance's Studio Program will take to the stage at the Rose Wagner Performing Arts Center. This delightful, family-friendly performance will include some audience participation, and will feature a variety of original choreography created by the faculty and dancers of our Studio Program. RDT's Ring Around the Rose is a wiggle-friendly performance series for children and families that explores the magical world of the arts.

Established in 1949 by Virginia Tanner, the Children's Dance Theatre is Tanner Dance's premier performing company, and has earned state, national, and international recognition. This concert will feature a diverse assortment of original choreography performed by selected classes from CDT.
